This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy“) defines the conditions for the processing of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as “data“) and cookies as part of the website maintained via the website available at: ulmobile.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) owned by Ultimate Games Mobile S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw.

The information obligation contained in the Privacy Policy results from the content of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (“GDPR”).

  1. [Data administrator] The administrator of your personal data is Ultimate Games Mobile S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 87/102, 00-683 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warszawa in Warsaw, under KRS number: 0000900202, NIP: 701103433, REGON: 388969631, share capital PLN 100,000 paid in full (“Administrator“).
  2. [Contact with the Administrator] You can contact the Administrator in writing by traditional mail, by writing to the address indicated in point 1 or by e-mail, writing to the address: contact@ulgmobile.com
  3. [Purposes and legal basis for processing] Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate interests:
    1. in order to answer a question contained in the contact form available at https://ulgmobile.com/en/contact/ (“Form“) or a question sent via e-mail / telephone provided by the Administrator – until the question is answered and the inquiry is conducted correspondence or objection to processing for this purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
    2. in order to secure possible claims – until their limitation period resulting from the generally applicable provisions of law (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  4. [Voluntary] Providing personal data is voluntary, it makes it impossible to obtain an answer to an inquiry via the Form or available contact channels.
  5. [Data recipients] The Administrator uses the services of other entities (subcontractors) in its activities, therefore, in justified cases, it transfers personal data to the following recipients who process data on behalf of the Administrator, including, among others: IT system operators (hosting providers), such as:

  6. [Data transfer to third countries] Due to the fact that we use the services of other providers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), namely to the country: Belize. The European Commission has determined that some countries outside the EEA adequately protect personal data. Since the country to which we transfer personal data has not been recognized as a country with adequate protection, the transfer of data is based on an agreement containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. Regardless of this, we indicate that the servers of the hosting provider indicated in point 5 lit. b are located in the territory of the EEA.
  7. [Special category data] The administrator does not process special categories of personal data.
  8. [Your rights] According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:
    1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
    2. the right to rectify (correct) your data;
    3. the right to delete data, limit data processing;
    4. the right to object to data processing;
    5. the right to data portability;
    6. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw);
    7. the right to withdraw consent at any time – if the processing of your data is based on your consent.
  9. [Automatic decisions, including profiling] Based on your personal data, the Administrator does not make automated decisions towards you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
  10. [Google Search Console] The administrator uses the Google Search Console tool to preview traffic on the Website, without conducting a thorough analysis of users. More information about the service at https://search.google.com/search-console/about
  11. [Cookies] The website, like most websites, uses cookies.
    1. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website user’s end device and can be read by the Administrator’s ICT system (own cookies) or ICT system of third parties (third party cookies).
      Due to the purpose, we distinguish the following types of cookies:
      1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the Website; cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Website;
      2. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the Website’s pages are used;
      3. “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
      4. “advertising” cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to users more tailored to their interests.
    2. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies are used to:
      1. adapting the content of the Website pages to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Website user’s device and properly display the website, including the Form tailored to his individual needs;
      2. creating statistics that help to understand how Website users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
      3. maintaining the Website user’s session;
      4. remarketing, i.e. researching the behavior of website visitors through anonymous analysis of their activities (repeated visits to specific pages, keywords), in order to create their profiles and provide them with advertising tailored to their expected interests, also when they visit websites on the web advertising company Google Ireland Ltd. or Google Inc.
    3. In particular, as part of the Website, the Administrator uses the following services:
      1. Polylang – allowing for multilingual support for users (more information at https://polylang.pro/);
      2. Google Fonts – enabling the use of Google fonts (in this case, Google may track the user’s activities, more information at https://fonts.google.com/);
      3. Google ReCaptcha – allowing to confirm whether the user completing the Form is not the so-called boot (in this case, Google can track the user’s activities, more information at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/);
      4. YouTube – for the purpose of displaying videos, allowing for the storage of information about the user that enables the use of the functionality of the YouTube service (in this case, Google may track the video playback by the user).
    4. The privacy policy of services provided by Google can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=pl. The information collected by Google is anonymous and aggregated. In particular, they do not contain Website users, understood as personal data.
    5. Cookies are used with the user’s consent. The User’s consent is expressed through the appropriate settings of the software, in particular the web browser, installed in the telecommunications device used by the user to view content on the Website.
    6. Web browsers (website user software) allow cookies to be stored on the end device by default, the site user can always change the web browser settings that determine the use of cookies. Due to the storage period, cookies are divided into session and permanent cookies. The user has the option of manually deleting all or selected cookies, according to the options provided by the web browser or related tools.
    7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect the functionality of the Website. Cookies placed on the Website user’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the website operator. The entity responsible for placing cookies on the end device of the website user who also has access to them is the Administrator.
